General Conditions
1 - ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
For Pitches: arrival from 01.00 p.m. until 11.00 p.m., departure from 07.00 a.m. until 01.00 p.m. (payment must be done the day before, the reception is open from 08.00 a.m.)
For accommodation: arrival from 06.00 p.m. until 10.00 p.m. (for night arrivals, there’s a night guardian service), departure from 08.00 a.m. until 10.00 a.m.
Early check-out (before 8.00 a.m.): please advice the day before in order to get the deposit back.
Please note that it’s not possible to get checked for the final cleaning – then, if requested, you have to pay for it. The guest must pay within the day before.
Please remember: the barriers are closed until 07.00 a.m. – for earlier departure, please park the car in the parking at the reception before 11.00 p.m. the evening before.
In case of departure after the requested time, an extra night will be charged.
Minimum stay:
for pitches: depending on the season.
for accommodation: during low season, it depends on the period
During high season, 7 nights, arrival/departure on Saturday
The rate for the pitches doesn’t include the rate per person which will be added as per price list – tourist tax not included.
The rate for the accommodation is per unit per night including the persons, 1 car parking – tourist tax not included.
In order to enter and to stay at the campsite, every person must be registered. On arrival, the guest must show a valid identification document and check the correct registration, informing about the changes or discordances. The reception staff will provide every guest with a personal pass, to be shown to the checking staff when required, a car pass, to be shown on the windscreen and a wristband. The guests are asked to take note and respect the reception opening hours.
The receipt of the payment must be shown to the checking staff at departure.
OPENING TIMES: check-in and information desk from 08.00 a.m. until 10.00 p.m.
The guests must respect the silence hours which are from 01.00 p.m. until 03.00 p.m. and from 11.00 p.m. until 07.00 p.m.
The barriers are closed from 11.00 p.m. until 07.00 p.m.
2 - BOOKING CONDITIONS
For pitches is requested a minimum stay of 7 nights. The reservations are limited but it’s always possible to arrive without reservation and check the directl yavailability.
For the accommodation, the minimum stay is one week during high season, with arrival on Saturday; during low season, it’s possible to stay also for a shorter stay.
The accommodation’s and pitches’ given number will be communicated at check-in. It’s not possible to ask for a specific number, however the management will consider the guest’s request without any guarantee.
The booking is confirmed with the payment of the requested deposit and with the sending of the confirmation letter. It’s not possible to change the booking with another name without authorization. In case of late arrival or earlier departure, the full booked period will be charged.
3 - CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
The guest can be refuned (or can be used for another period within one year) of the already payed deposit if the written cancellation has been sent within 30 days before the booked arrival. If the written cancellation is sent later than the 30 days before the booked arrival, the deposit is not refundable and will be consider the penalty of the cancellation. In case of no-show, the accommodation is to be considered free the day after.
4 - PAYMENT
It’s requested to pay the stay at least the day before departure, the cash desk hours are from 08.00 a.m. until 10.00 p.m. It’s possible to pay in cash (considering the possible limits imposed by the law), by credit card Visa, Mastercard, by bank card, Cartasì.
It’s kindly requested to pay before leaving the pitch, without their own vehicle (camper or caravan) in order not to leave it parked at the square/parking during the duration of the check out procedure.
5 - DEPOSIT
A deposit of € 100,00 is requested at the time of check-in for every accommodation (to be paid only in cash); this can be charged in case of every kind of damage to the accommodation or its equipment. Only for the rooms, the requested deposit is € 50,00.
6 - CLEANING
The cost of the final cleaning for every accommodation is € 35,00 unless it’s done by the guest.
In case of departure between 5 p.m. and 8 a.m.the cost of the cleaning is always due.
HOW LEAVING YOUR ACCOMMODATION: garbage is to be taken to the bins of the Camping, dishes and pots are to be thoroughly washed - the accommodation must be left in a clean and orderly state. If these conditions are not met, EUR 35 of the deposit will be retained: the Management reserves the right to ask for further payment if conditions mean that further cleaning is necessary. In addition, guests are responsible for payment of the value of any items or part of accommodation that has been damaged, lost or misplaced. Any reparation and substitution may only be made or carried out by Camping Cisano staff.
7 - Dogs are not allowed in the campsite and pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
8 - No motorbikes, scooter or mopeds are admitted.
9 - Persons under age are not admitted to enter.
10 - The guest is obliged to wear the campsite’s wristband.
