ART. 1 -Whoever wishes to stay on this camp-site must have the correct authorization from the management. A passport or Identity Card must be supplied for every person wishing to stay. This is required by law for the purpose of registration. Juveniles underage must be accompanied by adults who are legally responsible for them. Persons not authorised by the management run the following risks:
- Violation of the Public Security Law;
- Violation of the Residence Law. 614 cp;
- Violation of the trespassing Law. 633 cp;
- Violation of the Larceny Law. 624 cp;
- Fraud conviction.
ART. 2 Minimum period of stay - Camping area (tents) at the management’s discretion. - Bungalows and mobilhomes, minimum stay of one week, from Saturday to Saturday in high season, all other times at the managements discretion.
ART. 3 - The client must be responsible for the accuracy of the registration and must inform the management of any discrepancies. The management must ask any change in the arrival and/or departure dates, the number of persons in the party or the change of the camping place.
ART. 4 - Not more than one group/tent is permitted per camping place.
ART. 5 - The camping place may be chosen by the client and may be pre-booked this in accordance with the management. All camping equipment including vehicles must be orderly arranged/parked within the clients own camping place.
ART. 6 - If and when departure does not take place according to the agreed departure time the client is responsible for the full payment of the departure day.
ART. 7 - The management reserves itself the right of consent for daily visitors and guests for short periods only - this being compatible with organisational needs. If the management finds visitors staying for prolonged periods then payment according to the price list must be effected. Visitors may only enter the campsite on foot and before 10.00 P.M.. Camp-site clients must have permission from the management for any guests and they must take all responsability for them once inside the camp-site.
ART. 8 -Dogs are not allowed. Motor-bikes are absolutely forbidden inside the camp-site.
ART. 9 - At all times the following are not permitted: bad behaviour, all games, activities and the use of equipment which could cause disturbance to other holidaymakers. In particular during the quiet hours of the day and night it is not permitted to drive around in any motor vehicle, to use any music stereo or similar and any sports equipment.
ART. 10 - One may only use motor vehicles for entering and leaving the camp-site and this during times permitted by the management. One must drive at a slow speed, respecting all traffic signs. - use your car to drive inside the camp grounds or on the lakefront area reserved to swimmers to avoid disturbing guests.

ART. 11 - Adults are responsible for their own children’s behaviour and they must respect the peace, security and hygene of the other campers.
ART. 12 - It is not permitted to:
1 - Throw rubbish anywhere apart from the correct containers.
2 - Dig holes or channels in the ground.
3 - Light fires in the open air.
4 - Damage the vegetation.
5 - Pour oil, petrol, boiling liquids or any rubbish on the ground.
6 - Wash cars or any vehicles on the camping-place.
7 - Wash clothes/linen/towels outside of the washing areas.
8 - Do personal washing at the camp-site fountains.
9 - Waste or use the water in improper ways.
10 - To use any fencing materials, wind-breaks, to tye or anchore any material to the plants and trees, to tye any rope at any height which could cause an obstacle to block thoroughfare or be potentially dangerous.
ART. 13 - The pier on the beach is for the use of all clients but it is absolutely forbidden to dive or jump from it.
ART. 14 - All articles found on the camp-site must be handed in to the management office in accordance with the law.
ART. 15 - The use of sports equipment is at the users own risk and the management accepts no responsability for the following: - theft of any article of value not handed into the management. - damage to goods by other campers, natural disasters, insects, illness and any other problem. The owner of caravan or tent is responsible for the security of their own gas and electricity connection.
ART.16 - In case of cancellation the down payment will not be returned. In case of anticipated departure or late arrival the amount for the whole booked period is due.
ART.17 - Access to the pool is permitted only barefoot and after passing the foot bath. Bathing caps are required when in the pool.
ART.18 - Motorboats must depart from and arrive in the space assigned to them, and they must be parked only in the areas indicated by the special signs. It is strictly prohibited to sail less than 200 meters from the shore and to moor at the landing. Violation of these rules is an infraction of Navigation Laws and may be sufficient reason to evict the wrongdoer from the camp grounds.
ART.19 - Guests must wear the camping bracelet.
